Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused products in their original BergHOFF packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
